Why is access approval-based?
StretchBooks onboards companies through a short review so your workspace opens with the right entities, roles and migration path in place. You'll request access, we confirm fit, and provision a workspace — no open self-serve signup for now.
Can I use StretchBooks without the rest of StretchSuite?
Yes. StretchBooks runs fully standalone. If you already use StretchCRM, StretchProjects or StretchContracts, they connect through one workspace and one shared data layer — no duplicate records or separate logins.
Does StretchAI change my books automatically?
No. StretchAI only suggests — categories, matches, duplicate flags and draft reminders — each with a visible confidence score and linked source records. Nothing is posted, reconciled, paid, sent or filed until a permitted user reviews and approves it, and every accepted action is written to the audit log.
Can my accountant work in the same file?
Yes. Every plan includes accountant collaboration. Your bookkeeper or firm gets a role-scoped seat with review queues, adjusting journals and secure document requests — not a separate copy of your data.
What happens when I switch plans?
Entitlements adjust immediately and your historical data stays intact. Downgrading hides features you no longer subscribe to but never deletes posted records or the audit trail.
